Be At Home delivers home modifications and assistive technology across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We work as an extension of your team — keeping you informed, holding the quality, and following through on every job.
What we deliver, end to end.
Direct delivery.
Supply and install for AT-HM modifications and assistive technology — grab rails, ramps, bathroom modifications, access improvements, mobility aids, specialist seating, daily living equipment. Quoted, scheduled, installed, and reported by us.
Through specialist partners.
For larger construction works (typically over $5,000) — bathroom rebuilds, structural ramps, doorway widening, complex access work — we engage specialist building partners who hold the relevant licences. They lead the project; we work alongside them to ensure the work meets the standard you'd expect from us.
We work with Support at Home, NDIS, DVA, and private clients. We invoice cleanly through whichever pathway applies.

Quote turnaround typically within five working days of assessment. Install scheduling that respects the funding clock and your client's preferences.
Communication you don't have to chase.
A copy of every quote, every job report, and every status update — sent to you automatically. You'll know where things stand without picking up the phone.
Install quality that holds up.
Equipment selected to fit the person, not just the prescription. Modifications that last ten years, not until the first real use. Photos of every install in your client's report.

We confirm and quote.
Quote within five working days. Sent to you and (with consent) the client. Itemised, with funding pathway notes.
We deliver and report back.
Scheduled with the client, installed, photographed, reported. You receive the completed job report for the file.

Working with Be At Home.
We work with OTs and providers across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs as a preferred installation partner. The arrangement is simple: you refer clients to us, we deliver the work to a consistent standard, and we keep you informed throughout.
There's no formal panel and no commercial relationship beyond standard supply and install rates. We just want to make your job easier — and we know you want a partner you can rely on without having to chase.
What we don't do.
- We don't lead larger construction works ourselves — those go through specialist building partners we work alongside.
- We don't currently offer OT services in-house. We work with the OT a client already has, or can recommend one if needed.
- We don't service outside Sydney's Eastern Suburbs at this stage — though we expect to expand over time.
We'd rather be honest about scope than overpromise. Over time, we'll expand what we do directly — for now, this is what we deliver well.
